Common questions
If Something Looks Wrong
Tracking hasn't updated
Carriers usually take 24–48 hours to record a first scan after a label is created. Quiet stretches mid-journey between sorting facilities are normal too — it doesn't mean the package is lost.
I can't find my tracking number
Check your spam and promotions folders first — shipping emails often land there. Still nothing? Email us from the address you ordered with and we'll look it up.
It says delivered, but it isn't here
Before contacting us, check:
- Around the property, and with a building manager
- With neighbours who may have taken it in
- Your mailbox, if the parcel was small
It arrived damaged
Email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll refund it. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
